What is Good Times Prints?
We’re an online poster store run by three friends, curating bold, modern, and fun designs—posters made for good times. All posters are printed on-demand via trusted print partners in the U.S.
What is Giclée print?
Giclée is a high-quality inkjet printing method using archival pigment-based inks and premium paper to ensure sharp details, vibrant colours, and long-lasting prints.
How long will the print last?
Using archival ink and paper, our prints are designed to remain vibrant for decades if kept under normal conditions, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Do we provide sizes in both inches and centimetres?
Yes — all product listings show both imperial (inches) and metric (cm) sizes.
What kind of hanging hardware does the frame include?
Each framed poster comes with appropriate hanging fixtures (sawtooth, string, or other depending on size and production location).
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or make changes only if your order hasn’t entered production yet. Once an order is sent to our print partners, production begins automatically and cannot be stopped.
To request a cancellation or change, contact us immediately at info@goodtimesprints.com with your order details. If successful, we’ll issue a full refund.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not at the moment.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship anywhere within the United States using trusted U.S.-based print-on-demand partners.
How long does delivery take?
Production is usually 2–5 business days. Shipping varies depending on your location: typically 2–12 business days. Peak seasons or customs may cause slight delays.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy?
Because every poster is made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size/format selections. This policy is standard across print-on-demand stores.
What if my poster arrives damaged or incorrect?
Send us photos within 30 days of delivery. We will replace damaged or incorrect items free of charge. If you prefer a refund for incorrect items, the item must be returned; we cover return shipping costs.
What if my order wasn’t delivered due to my address?
If an order was undelivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if a parcel was not collected, the customer is responsible for covering all outbound shipping costs.
Frames and canvas prints
The same policy applies: items are replaced only if damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Contact us within 30 days with photos to process a replacement free of charge.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes — we never store full payment card details. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely via our payment partners.
