1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet entered production. Once an order is sent to our print partners, it goes into an automated production and shipping flow that cannot be stopped. Please contact us immediately at info@goodtimesprints.com if you wish to cancel—we’ll do our best to stop it in time. If successful, a full refundwill be issued.
2. Items Damaged, Incorrect, or Not Delivered
While rare, mistakes or shipping issues can occasionally happen. If your poster arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive, contact us within 30 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) and we’ll send a free replacement.
To help us process your claim quickly:
Include clear photos of the damage or issue.
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, the item must be returned, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
Please note: If an order was not delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, or because the parcel was not collected, the customer is responsible for covering all outbound shipping costs.
3. Return Procedures
For returns due to damage, wrong item, or lost shipment, contact info@goodtimesprints.com. We will provide instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable.
For returns not caused by us (e.g., customer error, change of mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
All items must be returned in original condition (if applicable), with packaging intact to qualify for a refund.
4. Change of Mind
Because every poster is made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size/format selection. This is standard across print-on-demand stores and does not affect your statutory legal rights.
5. Frames and Canvas Prints
If your order includes a frame or canvas print, the same policy applies: items are replaced only if damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Notify us within 30 days of receipt and provide photos so we can process a replacement at no cost to you.
6. Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item or confirm eligibility. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the order.
